Enhancing the quality of parts

The current bevel process solved a big problem for us. Nowadays, we just input the data into the nesting software according to the drawing requirements, and it can automatically bevel and cut as the set parameters and paths. The cut round tube end joints fit very well and can achieve seamless splicing, greatly improving our cutting quality.

 Wide cutting range

The common tubes all can be cut, such as round tubes, square tubes, channel steel, as well as the pipe connectors that require beveling processing, whether it’s the cutting of intersecting line holes, elliptical holes or intersecting line ends and elbows, all can be cut perfectly.

Strong cutting ability

Now the qualified rate of parts has been greatly improved, and the cutting section is very smooth, no need secondary grinding and burrs. One device can handle many processes, such as sawing, drilling, and deburring, which do not require additional operations, saving us a lot of processing time.

Automatic unloading conveyor

ACME designed a set of automatic conveyor for us. According to the feeding requirements of different lengths, it can automatically convey the work-piece to different workstations. Then the labor intensity is reduced, and the mistakes caused by manual operation are reduced, so that the production efficiency is improved greatly!
